Hi there,

I’m Nagmeh and I help individuals and workplaces transform stress to strength – through workshops, coaching and consultancy.

Feeling good is more than a mood; it’s a skill and a strategy. Just as we train our bodies for fitness, we can train ourselves for wellbeing — learning evidence-based practices to manage stress, increase energy, and improve focus.

I specialise in nervous system regulation to help you feel calmer, more resilient, and productive, while enhancing mental health and overall wellbeing. My work is grounded in neuroscience, breathwork, and my academic background in Psychology and Organisational Behaviour.

I’m passionate about this work because I’ve lived it. Following a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Disease — an autoimmune condition that affected my energy and wellbeing — I saw firsthand how chronic stress and burnout can undermine both health and performance. I set out to understand the science behind stress and resilience, exploring research-backed methods for recovery.

By learning to regulate my nervous system and manage stress effectively, I was able to bring my autoimmune condition into remission and restore my energy, clarity, and capacity to perform at my best.

Today, I help people and workplaces apply evidence-based strategies to reduce stress, enhance emotional regulation, and build the resilience needed to thrive — personally and professionally.
